During other periods, we are ready to meet your needs for different durations (however not less than 3 nights).
Prices are calculated for 1 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy 10 people. A higher number of Guests is not allowed. See also “Useful Information” section
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas), linen, pool use, ping pong, WIFI internet
MANDATORY DEPOSIT: to be paid upon arrival € 250.00 as guarantee for damages
Final cleaning (mandatory for weekly stays): € 60.00 for two-room apartments; € 75.00 for three-room apartments.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
At booking, 30% deposit is required
Balance payment at least 45 days before arrival
After balance payment, for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 70% will be refunded
From 29 to 15 days, 50% will be refunded
Beyond this term and in case of no-show, no refund
