NOTES
MINIMUM STAY: normally (above all in the high season) the apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. However, on request and subject to availability, we will always try to meet your needs for different periods.
PRICES INCLUDE: Taxes, utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas), linen, use of swimming pool, patio-solarium, pingpong.
FINAL CLEANING (compulsory): € 45,00 for 2 roomed apt and € 55,00 for 3 roomed
DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 250,00 against damages must be paid on arrival, and it is returned on leaving after the apartment has been checked.
ADDITIONAL (OPTIONAL) PRICES:
Additional bed: € 105,00 per person per week
Daily change towels: € 3,50 per person per day
Daily change towels and bedroom linen: € 5,50 per person per day
Daily cleaning: € 6,50 per person per day
Pool towels: € 3,50 per person per week
Heating: Bilo € 10,00 per day; Trilo € 20,00 per day
Jacuzzi: € 2,50 per use weekly forfait per apartment: € 15,00 bilo; € 25,00 trilo
Table football: € 0,50 per use
Laundry room: €2,50 per use
Crossbow: € 5,00 (10 dards)
Cancellation policy:
up to 45 days before arrival date: 20%;
from 44 to 30 days: 30%;
from 29 to 15 days: 50%;
Less than 15 days before or in case of no show: 80%.
CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Guests can check into the apartments between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. and they must check out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The number of occupants must not exceed that agreed on at the time of booking. The breaking of this agreement will result in guests being dismissed from the villa
VISITORS: Visitors cannot be received without first obtaining authorization from the Management
NOTE: We are sure you will understand this apparently strict regulation, aimed above all at preserving the most important characteristic of La Torriola: its tranquillity. Not controlling nor limiting the number of people present could be detrimental not only to the comfort of our guests but also could violate safety regulations .
PETS: Personally we adore animals. However, seeing that many areas are communal and some guests may not share our feeling on the matter, to avoid unfortunate misunderstandings we do not allow animals.
